Millumin has recently released a new version that offers several exciting features to enhance your multimedia experience. With support for the RTMP protocol, you can now easily output to streaming platforms such as YouTube or Twitch directly from the software. The Output popup allows you to create presets with ease.

One of the most interesting additions is the ability to limit the scope of interactions within Millumin. This means that you can apply certain settings to a specific section of your project without affecting the entire project. For instance, if you have multiple interactions in your project, you can group them together and turn them off quickly by simply selecting the desired option.

Another exciting feature is the ability to easily produce stunning animations using the selection/phase parameters for your laser-media. Additionally, the start and end-point of a movie are now editable inside a custom popup that displays both frames and waveform, making it easier than ever to get the perfect setting.

Color adjustment and delay options are also available per laser layer, giving you even more control over your multimedia content. Furthermore, ILD files are now supported, allowing you to import and reuse laser drawings/animations with ease.

A new laser-layer has been added, which can play any type of content without requiring a specific effect. This means that you can add any type of media or animation to your project without worrying about compatibility issues.

Other updates include the ability to remove warping points (which will automatically remove all points in the same row/column) and the option to choose a property of a layer, media, or effect in the properties view and turn it into a timeline parameter. This can be very useful for creating templates and making infinite variations of captions, for example.

Double-clicking in the workspace or slice editor will also add a point to the warping grid, allowing you to create complex animations with ease. These parameters can be accessed and controlled from boards or other timelines, giving you even more flexibility when working on your project.

In addition to these updates, Millumin has also introduced a new layer type that does not follow the columns in the dashboard. This special layer behaves exactly like a classic media layer, allowing you to add media transitions and manage content independently.

Finally, important updates are now denoted with a different number (e.g., 4.16, 4.17, etc.), which can be found along with release notes below.
